Frijoles

INGREDIENTS

  • Frijoles (black) Beans

  • Fresh Cumin Seeds

  • Fresh Ground Cilantro Seeds

  • Chipotle Powder 

  • Garlic

  • Slightly browned white onion

  • Coriander

  • Fresh Chilli

  • Salt

  • Olive Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Step 1: Add pre cooked Frijoles beans and cooking water to the master slicer

  • Step 2: Add fresh cumin seeds, fresh ground cilantro seeds and chipotle powder

  • Step 3: Add garlic, slightly browned white onion, coriander, fresh chilli

  • Step 4: Rotate Master Slicer for 10-15 seconds to create a paste

  • Step 5: Add salt and olive oil

  • Step 6: Rotate Master Slicer for 1-2 seconds
