Part 1 – Yogurt Raita

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 small cucumbers

  • 1 red onion

  • Salt

  • Fresh cilantro

  • Fresh Fat Free Yogurt

  • Cumin

  • Garlic

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Step 1: Add 3 small cucumbers, 1 red onion, salt & fresh cilantro 3 Seconds Master Slicer Spin

  • Step 2: Add Fresh Fat Free Yogurt Slice for 1-2 seconds and Reverse Stir 

  • Step 3: Add Fresh Cumin & Garlic Slice for 1-2 seconds and Reverse Stir

Part 2 – Vegetarian Black

Lentil Patties

INGREDIENTS

  • Pre-Cooked Black Lentils

  • Salt

  • Besan Flour

  • Garlic Cloves

  • Garam Masala

  • Cilantro

  • Dill

  • Walnuts

  • Onion

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Step 1: Add all ingredients to the MasterSlicer Rotate Slicer to the level of paste desired, checking intermittently

  • Step 2: Squash paste into small/medium/large patties

  • Step 3: Place patties into sizzling frying pan for 2-4 minutes depending on heat
